As a UJL (counselor in training) at the leadership camp Brave Trails, Rose helped LGBTQ+ campers feel they belong through workshops, pride flag raisings, and other camper engagement. At Pitzer’s Community Engagement Center, Rose continues community work by helping with events and their related media. In their artistic practice, they enjoy putting a hopeful spin on themes relating to social issues.
